The Pike, a 296-unit mixed-use development, approved for 1405 Dickerson Pike & Marie Street, East Nashville. Developed by Wedgewood Avenue, Aria Development Group, and Eldridge Acre Partners, with architecture by Smith Gee Studio.
Features include 259 parking spaces, a pool, gym, fitness center, clubhouse, and outdoor recreation areas. Units have in-unit washers and dryers. Completion expected by December 31, 2027.
This project enhances East Nashville with new residential and commercial spaces.
