TPAC plans a 377,000 sq ft arts center at 20 Victory Ave, Nashville.
TPAC proposes a 377,000 sq ft mixed-use arts center at 20 Victory Ave, East Bank, Nashville. Designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, William Rawn Associates, and Hastings Architecture, it will rise 105 feet and include 171 parking spaces. Features: Broadway Hall, a dance and opera hall, cabaret theater, black box theater, classrooms, studios, plazas, and a rooftop terrace with skyline and river views. Completion is set for December 31, 2030.
A pedestrian bridge will connect to downtown, enhancing area infrastructure and integrating public and performance spaces for cultural and recreational use.
