TPAC's new mixed-use facility at 20 Victory Ave in Nashville's East Bank is approved. The 370,000 sq ft development will rise 105 ft, designed by Bjarke Ingels Group, William Rawn Associates, and HASTINGS Architecture.

Amenities include a rooftop terrace, transparent rehearsal space, sensory room, classrooms, studios, public spaces, and plazas. The site offers 171 parking spaces, with completion by 2030.

Strategically located by the Seigenthaler Pedestrian Bridge, it enhances connectivity to waterfront and pedestrian areas, featuring outdoor performance spaces and landscaped areas for public use.
