VOCE Hotel & Residences, a 306-unit mixed-use project, is under construction at 1717 Hayes St in Nashville's Midtown. Developed by Vastland Company and designed by The Preston Partnership, it will rise 25 floors to a height of 303 feet.

The building includes 114 hotel rooms, 705 parking spaces, a rooftop pool, restaurant, event space, health and wellness center, fitness center, and luxury spa. Completion is slated for October 31, 2027.

Amenities feature a pet spa with lounge and dog park, plus private valet, concierge, and room service. Meeting and conference spaces cater to business needs.
